Our Founder
Dr. Angela Fisher
Angela Fisher, PhD, is a pioneering psychologist, educator, entrepreneur, and healer whose work is reshaping the mental health landscape through empowerment, innovation, and reverence for consciousness. As the founder of Bionic Bloom, Sacred Bloom, Bloom & Shroom, the Neurodivergent Empowerment Institute, and Sacred Bloom College of Healing Arts, Angela leads a thriving ecosystem of integrative healing centers that stretch across Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Florida, Montana, and Colorado. Each of these entities reflects her deep commitment to bridging science, spirit, and social change.
A national leader in legal psychedelic-assisted therapy, Angela was among the first in the U.S. to offer sanctioned psilocybin and MDMA therapy through her Native American Indigenous Church. She has become a trusted authority in the field, creating safe, transformative spaces for individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. Her retreats—known for their powerful blend of ceremony, somatic therapy, hypnosis, and integrative care—have touched thousands of lives.
Angela is the creator of Empowerment-Based Integrated Treatment (EBiT), a groundbreaking therapeutic model that prioritizes validation, autonomy, and joy for neurodivergent individuals. EBiT is now at the core of her clinical work, training programs, and publications. As Chancellor of the Sacred Bloom College of Healing Arts, she mentors a new generation of therapists and guides in trauma-informed psychedelic care, neurodivergence-affirming practice, and integrative wellness.
An author of 13 influential books, Angela’s writings span from clinical frameworks and therapeutic workbooks to satirical explorations of autism and neurodivergence, including her forthcoming The Neurospicy Manifesto: A Cynic’s Guide to Being Autistic in a NT World.
Whether she’s designing a role-playing therapy group for teens, curating a microdosing-friendly art gallery, or dancing barefoot by the fire at a healing retreat, Angela embodies her mission: to build a world where healing is joyful, authenticity is sacred, and every nervous system gets to bloom.
